I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely old country house with clean, modern rooms and super friendly staff. The peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained gardens made for a relaxing experience. the layout of the spa could use some improvements to make it more user-friendly and enjoyable.

The mud treatment was a surprisingly fun experience, and the spa's cozy garden was a great chill spot.

The fire door on the third floor has a concerning gap, creating a fire hazard while letting in corridor light. It’s hard to overlook the dirty, tired bathrooms and stained carpets, which leave a poor impression. the shabu-shabu was enjoyable, though it doesn’t offset the overall experience. The reception staff were notably rude, detracting further from the stay.

The Junior Suite was super spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed? So comfy, I could've stayed in all day! Loved the beautiful garden views from the window. The coffee/tea facilities were a nice touch, too. Only downside was that they could improve accessibility options, especially for seniors. But honestly, the comfy vibe really stood out.

Had a bday spa treat, and while the staff was super friendly, the massage was all off—pressure felt more like a poke at bones than relaxing! The steam room was down and those flowers? Just, wow, they were dead and smelly. On the upside, the cozy vibe was nice, just need some maintenance around.
